GO group was part and partner of Europe’s most important music business conference and showcase festival Eurosonic for the second time. After three packed panels in 2012 we returned to Groningen in mid January for more interesting panels on event sustainability and green issues. Find all presentations and information below!

Music = power. Of course, we speak about renewable energy.Renewable energy can be integrated in various ways at concerts: by contracting green electricity or by installing permanent renewable energy generators on the concert site. This session aims to show on and off grid solutions and the chances and challenges for events, open airs and festivals.

Greener Festival Camping | Love Your Tent – Take It Home

Small cities for a couple of days. Festival camping is a challenge. How do organisers deal best with people behaving between anarchy and holiday? Are there ways to make them act greener and not to leave behind tons of outdoor gear? What are the reasons for such a behaviour and what can be done? We will try to find them.
